Since we offer services rather than physical products, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or adjustment is necessary.   1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service provided and in agreement with the client. Please contact us within 2 days after receiving the service to discuss any concerns.

  2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our customer service team at charlestonunitedcleaning@gmail.com . We will work with you to understand the situation and mutually agree on how to proceed with a refund or any other resolution.

  3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may not be refundable, especially those that have been fully rendered or customized. However, this will always be discussed and clarified with the client beforehand.

  4. Service Adjustments: In some cases, we may offer adjustments or credits for future services instead of a refund. This will be determined after discussing the issue with the client.

  5. Processing Time: Once an agreement is made regarding a refund or service adjustment, we will ensure the process is completed as efficiently as possible. The exact time will depend on the agreement reached during our discussion.
